No matter what a person’s motivation, they must realize that they have an opportunity to make important contributions toward shaping the future of Allegany County.

As a person that believes in the importance of honesty in government, and the participation of the public in government, I pledge to insist on transparency at all levels, on important decisions and financial commitments.

As a small business person, operating a business that was established in Allegany County in 1947, I pledge to work to support local businesses, and create an atmosphere that is friendly to small start-up businesses.

As a life-long resident of Allegany County, I pledge to work to allow this county to grow in an orderly fashion-preserving, promoting and re-investing in, our quality of life.

As a volunteer for local leadership and community service groups, I pledge to continue to work with such groups, allowing their views and opinions to be heard by the public, in order to formulate a better plan for our future.

As a good neighbor, I pledge that the views of all citizens will be sought. If elected, it will be my duty to represent, not control, all citizens of the county.

As a candidate, I pledge to work to earn your trust and respect.

As a County Commissioner, I pledge to return trust and respect to the office. We can not make the needed improvements to the daily lives of our citizens unless the public and government work as partners, not adversaries
